    Blown turbo??

My car hasn't been running very good for about a year now, and nothing I've done has sorted it..
It jerks like crazy under accelration, stutters and backfires. Fuel consumption is out of this world! Boost pressure is very unpredictable. Sometimes it stops at 1bar, sometimes it goes to 1,7bar..

Planning to get it to the dealer for some expert opinion in the next week, but..

In december I removed the entire intake, plumbing and intercooler looking for any leaks. I noticed some oil in the system, but not more than I've seen in other turbo cars.
Removed the IC-to-intake manifold pipe yesterday and it's SOAKED in oil, oil was really dripping all over the place.
The turbo is also making a high whining noise.
    Could my turbo be blown?
It's kind of strange, because it is capable of producing 1,7bar at times..
Could it have anything to do with me just having changed my oil?

    Hi

Check if your oil breather valve still ok? Mine had blown diaphragm , and under the boost oil was sucked from sump to intake system in very wast amounts.
