Engine runing problems

my friend has some runing problems on his s6, 2.2 turbo engine. the problem is, that cylinder 2 wont work. we have checked spark plugs, and ignistion cols and they are all ok. there is also some fuel in exhoust, and on spark in cylinder 2, so i think, that injector works ok.
i think, there yhould be some problems with ignitions
i hope anyone should give me some advice, what should we test.....

You can try to swap ignition end stages temporarily. I mean mark both connectors on 1st end stage as 1, and connectors on second as 2. Then connect BOTH wires marked as 2 to the 1st end stage, and BOTH wires marked as 1 to second end stage. Then check if the not working cylinder changed location.

But usually it is not the case. Usually dead end stage causes misfire, and all three or two cylinders have no ignition.

I personally think, that it is spark plug, or some wire was broken.
