sounds like you need to clean that funny named sensor just next to your throttle body. It has two or three pipes going out of it, get some IPA to it. (while ur at it do your MAF
)

Idle stabilisation valve - mine plays up due to a slightly sticking throttle (or so it seems - always improves if I manually push the throttle all the way back - time to clean that lot up again).
