Im getting insane boost levels on my 3b, it goes well past the 25psi indicated on the guage, so im not sure what the highest peak is. Is there anything that could cause this?
Its pretty much unbearable to drive wot as its seems like its misfiring or theres something wrong with the fueling.
Anybody with some suggestions (other than wgfv)!

Wastegate membrane leaking? Hose from WGFV to WG leaking?

For those who don't know, I'm now running Beeties old car.
When I bought it, it still had this problem & I had it fixed at QST - where they told me it had been fitted with the wrong wastegate spring. This seemingly fixed the problem.
However, today it's started doing it again - beyond the 25psi on the scale. And thats not even with pedal to the floor.
Any suggestions?
EDIT:
I did have the airbox & all associated hoses out of the car since I last drove it..... I guess double checking all the connectors wouldn't be a bad idea

Would be worthwhile to check the wastegate diaphram. You can check it in situ by removing the cap. If you need to replace it, its probably better to remove the wastegate so you can stop the valve spinning.
Wastegate diaphrams £30-40?
A very good guess by that man!
Had a look this morning and did indeed find it leaking (disconnected). Oops.
Now its back doing its job (which I don't know what is?!), boost will now peak at around 15psi and immediately fall back to 10 after a second or two.
Previously it was boosting consistantly at 20psi. Which was much more satisfying.
Any reason for this change?
And RE: QST putting a standard spring back in, hmm, I did wonder about this as I remember Beetie telling me he had gone to lengths to get the wastegate set back to OE spec before sale........ I guess we'll never know.
