Casrtol RS - Bulk buy?

Just bought some 10w 60 Castrol RS. They only had 4 litre cans so I had to buy 2 - £67 :eek2:

Got talking with the guy and a 205 litre barrel of the stuff is about £250 ish. That's £1.21 per ltire as opposed to the £8.37 per litre I just paid.

Anyone fancy sharing a barrel

I would have got it from there but I need it tomorrow. The car is being serviced and I've decided I'm supplying the oil! My own fault for not getting my act together.

Maybe the next meet should involve getting a barrel and everyone bringing containers to collect some lovely RS Difficult one to solve the transport issue really.

Where was the barrel price from? Was that retail or trade? It seems awfully cheap for RS.

I could probably find somewhere to store a barrel. I'm sure there's a corner it could be shoved in at our aircraft hanger. Distributing it would certainly be a challenge though.

That was from Euro Car Parts and he knows I'm a retail customer so I presume....................but you never know with those guys
