Update, Major thanks to Mark @ GSF (Jamo's mate) the behr rad turned up the next day and is an EXACT match for the ABY Radiator as promised.

ONCE again I can confirm that GSF Part number 17355 Behr radiator fits an S2 Coupe ABY including a car like mine with Aircon......

Thanks again Jamo and others who helped me on this one

    Cheers,

    Steve

No I am just trying yo get all the mountings off the old rad before I fit the new one. I also have some bad news for you. I have had to butcher the old rad to get the main mounting off, so I don't know if this will affect your plans for it - sorry.

The capive nut that sits inside the moulding on the bottom of the rad was rusted onto the rubber mount and to remove the rubber mount I have had to destroy this area of the plastic at the base of the radiator. I doubt you could repair this.

Aye, what a *******, cost me over two hours . An utter butcher job in the end but I got it off...

As usual having finally completed the job I think I could do it again in about 3 or 4 hours. As it stands it has taken my about 10 hours in all.

Took the car out tonight, fan is cutting in and there are no leaks so I am pretty chuffed with myself. That is the first big job that I have done on my S2 so far....

Once again, a big thanks for the spot on part number advice and send my thanks to Mark when you speak to him.

                Laters,

                Steve.
