Metal distributor gear fitting?

Hi guys
Does anyone have the instructions, or even better, a BTDT for fitting the Metal Distributor Gear (available off ebay) to the 3B?

I've just received my new lambda sensor, dizzie cap and rotor, so was thinking of fitting the Metal Gear as well, possibly doing the whole lot at this weekend.

Any tips/advice greatfully received.

Get the gear from urquattrob. I'm sure he provides intructions.
I'm sure I've got some somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

Might be usefull for others to . So here they are .

Done it myself twice , and I can confirm their accuracy .
