.. ps: im new to paint work etc... would you brush paint them on? or spray?

pls can you give a more detailed explaination....

ie ... which paint
which tools
drying time.. etc
where from?

They'd need to be sprayed on with a proper gun and, ideally, 2 pack laquer. A normal base black colour should be fine. Then once dry a good buff and BLING

as chris m said they need to be done with 2pac laquer in a propper gun, body shop shouldnt charge you much to do em
