Car Park Dent

On Sunday some *Herbert* took it upon himself to shove his door into my S2 .

This has left a small dent (about the size a peanut) just behind the drivers door. Although it is fairly small, everytime I walk up to the car i can see this annoying dent!

Has anyone got any ideas how to get rid of it. Are these chips away crew any good at that sort of thing. DOes it have to pushed back from the other side?

they was a company doing dents at GTI, you had to get paint work done after though and they popped it out from behind. It may cost a little more than you think since they will need to spray a large area to blend it in nicely too

If the paint isn't marked then all you need is it pushed out.

Search the GTI thread i had a couple done on my Coupe and the work was top notch!

I've managed to get a dent into new hire car

Golf 2.0 Tdi - quick for a diesel! Anyway, needed to get the dent removed, so I contacted a guy called Colin from Dent Wizards in Bracknell. He's had some 7 years experience and is an ex-trainer for dent removal at DW. I can recommend him and would use him again . Call him on 07824 348 045.

He couldn't get this dent out as it happened, and didn't charge me. What impressed me was his approach and advice in saying that he couldn't push it any more or he would split the paint and make the problem much worse.

Dentbusters got a peanut sized dent out of my rear quarter.
I think the dent was caused by a stone as there was a very small chip in the paint too.

All I can say is WOW!, they did a fantastic job, no dent to be seen.
It took them about 1/2 an hour and it cost about £40 for the whole panel.

I'm so glad I had it done as everytime I looked at the car all I noticed was the dent!
