Replacing wipers when fitting a new windscreen S2 coupe ABY 1996

Hope to have the new windscreen in with the next 10 weeks. Having a big problem getting a part from Audi Tradition.

Nothing like having noise free wipers. I feel the time is right to upgrade the front wiper arms and blades.

I am looking to use the 2002 A6 RHD setup.

Is everybody still happy with this setup, are there any updates or issue that have occurred after your upgrade?

Does anybody have any info on the spline required. Are they all the same, I have a RHD 1996 S2 Coupe.

Does this upgrade accept the A6 2002 wiper parts without any modification.

You need to trim the passenger side blade to fit, IIRC about 40mm. The plastic end cap pops off the blade, you can then trim and re-cut the profile on the end of the blade.
