Underseal recommendations

If you have cleaned off back to bare metal you need to 're paint before using underseal.

So hydrate 80 isn't good enough of base coat for underseal? In hindsight I should've done what you did with zinc primer but hey ho.

No, hydrate 80 is good stuff but will rust over if not painted. So you can paint over it with either epoxy or electrox. Give it two coats. Then when fully dry your dinitrol. I think epoxy is best in wheel arches.

I've seen posts saying epoxy mastic works great on suspension parts, would it be recommended to use it on anto roll bars for instance? Want something durable and not sure paint will be up to the job?
