S2 to RS2 grille, what bits do I need

Thinking about changing the grille to the RS2 look , is there a definitive
minimum amount of parts & p/n's I need to do this , just the grille itself or the grille surround also. I got an etka printout form my local Audi specialist, anyway worst case they quoted for 'radiator grille + grille surround', roughly £135, I know it's not worth that !!! advice please ?

Price sounds OK

VAG Parts are doing it for £143.66 on their site - might be worth a call to them to see if that price is current.

The parts total:

The main black frame
The wire mesh
The four rings
Nuts and washers to hold on the rings,
7 clips to hold the grille to the car and that's about it.

The mesh itself costs about 100 euros (in sweden anyway), so a cheaper solution is to get the frame and the clips from VAG, and the mesh elsewhere.
