    RS2 Bumper Repair

Guys can anybody recommend a good place to repair a bumper or a product that is good for bumper repair?

Had the bumper off the other night and the bit which bolts to the body and holds the rest of the bump on is broken on both sides although not completely broken off just yet thank god!

fiberglass sucks if its not used on fiberglass. Your bumper is most likley made of ABS plastic, Go to your lokal bodyshop and ask if they can "weld" plastic, over here they use a sort of gluegun thing to "weld" the plastic together and it works great! otherwise there is tho old soldering iron trick...

I've used a soldering iron to repair a bumper before, you need a really powerful one though, none of this 12w crap.
Ask Bry where he got his from I'm sure it's from Texas where they used to use it to brand cattle

              Done this on my bumper:

(As mentioned need a soldering gun)

Get a Stanley blade and scrape of thin strips of plastic from inside the bumper, you can see raised sections perfect for a shave.

Use these strips like stitches, melting the plastic together withe the gun bit by bit.

              Works a treat
