Standard front bumper on an S2?

Will a standard coupe bumper fit on my s2 as a temp measure? or will there be an issue with the intercooler?

there is no cutout for the intercooler on the back of it and iirc it does not have the headlight washers, whats up with yours?

it defo does fit as i used to have one on my old s2 coupe,mouts the same etc

Yeah mounts etc lights and everything fit but on just a standard bumper there is no cutout behind it for the intercooler.

Standard Coupe (non V6) FRONT bumper will NOT fit an S2 with it's intercooler behind.
The bumper is far to shallow.

it will not fit without cutting a bigsize hole fore the intercooler as i did the same thing on my first S2 after some iceracing incidents=) here is a pi so you se how ugly it will become.

whats up with yours?

It's got a big crack down the near side and hangs off quite a bit. I think I might just fork out to get it repaired to be honest. I was hoping a standard one would have done me temporarily but seems not. nuts! It's probably not that big a deal to get it fixed you know.

This is the damage. cracked down one side and cracked underneath on the support bracket bit so it's hanging down on that side. doesn't help that I haven't put on the strip that runs along under the headlights yet

you should be able to fibreglass that bit together and add some supports etc and it should be ok.

I'll leave it into a bodyshop to have it done properly and sprayed. Def better than paying through the nose for another s2 bumper and getting it resprayed.
