How many of you people have this problem!?
I adjusted the infernal thing 3 weeks ago and now it is starting to make noise again. I have used and followed the instructions on the 20V site for the numerous adjustments that can be made but I don't think I'm finding the ideal setting. 
Anybody find the right setup for the hatch?
