New key - anywhere other than dealer?

Only got one key with the A6Q recently and need another. it's one of those remotes with the flick out key all in one. Dealer says £105 for the key and £45 to program it.
I doubt I can get a key elsewhere but I have to ask before I pay 150 quid. I can't really do without it either cos sometimes I leave the car somewhere and the missus takes it after work.

if you can get hold of one from a scrapper/ebay you can recode it easy enough.Not sure where the key blanks are available from but ebay.de is a good bet,or an auto locksmith.

£45 to program it? it only takes a couple of minutes,i will try and dig out the guide to it.

Lots on Ebay........check the part number on yours first.

any ideas where I'd find the part number on the key and/or remote? I asked the missus to check and she can only find HAA on the key itself
