pic request: typ89 w/ s2/rs2 bumper and B3 hood

I have found some good pics of a typ89 with either an s2 or rs2 front bumper and headlights...but with the b3 hood. I kind of like the look, and since b3 hoods are soo cheap....maybe on some days I want to change the hair-doo of my baby.

so if anybody has nice pics...please post!!

I have a v6 bumper on my b3 bonneted car. I tried a rs2 bumper on but it really didn't look right due to the b3 lights and grill being very square, and the rs2 bumper being rounded.

rs2/s2 headlights wont fit against a b3 grill as the lights are a different shape, as far as i know?

I'm doing an RS2 rep (Reiger) on my Typ89 e//S2 project. I don't have the bumper painted or mounted yet, but I can post pics when I have them.

I did an S2 bumper on my CQ20 and that looked brilliant, very mean finished it off nicely, standard bonnet and lights

yeah I kind of like the s2 bumper with the stock b3 hood. It is defintiely possible to mount the rs2 head lights with the b3 hood, just gotta work around the grille.

If i end up doing this, I would spend some time and make a custom grille anyway, I dont like the OEM tic_tac_toe grille on the b3.

but I would love to see more pics...maybe even with an rs2 bumper if there is one out there

regard b3 and b4 headlights yes they are a different shape.

B4 are the closest in the pic, you can see they have more of a slant. Also the B4 lights are about 30mm shorter. Mounting brackets are the same.




Also you can get 2 types of grill. both are the same length


Think the slatted one possibly came from an 80 but if im honest I cant really remember.
