    Carbon wings/bonnet?

I need new wings for my S2 estate and maybe a bonnet. Is carbon available and is the weight saving going to make any difference apart from removing pounds from my bank account?

personally with a car with the engine so far forward it wont make a difference. it will however not look as clean, if the carbon products are not top notch the fit wont be as good and it will cost.

i remember my mate did carbon bonnets, boot lids etc for subarus when he was in that business. the carbon bonnets fitted only ok and started to lift over around 110. needed pins really. the seals on the boot lid, an issue with subarus that have had sti 5 or 22b wings fitted as it straightens the curve in the lid would run in water at higher speed.

personnal id stick with metal. a nice carbon bonnet may look ok. not even sure where to get one.
