You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Some how the drivers door won't open from the outside. You can unlock the car from both sides and the locking pin in the door will go up and down, you can also open the drivers door from the inside. But no luck opening from the outside.
Any ideas what might of happened and how to fix?

2.3 10v Quattro project so far: Bought for £400, lowering springs.
Could be worth having a look at the connecting rod between the handle lever and the locking mechanism. It might be broken or come unattached. If its still connected IIRC you can unhook it and twist to adjust its effective length slightly.
If not i'd suggest its a dodgy lock mechanims - mine broke recently when we had -10 temps - it froze up and something inside broke
Whatever it is, all those bits are pretty easy to remove and replace
