    Bonnet height adjustment?

My bonnet sits too low on the driver side, any tips from the Perfectionists amongst us to get it flush with the front wing?

I've done the obvious in adjusting the rubber stops on the T-panel, passenger side was easy but the driver side I've maxxed out and it has not made a difference. It's only slight, but that few mm difference makes it look a bit off. I can't see any other means of adjustment!

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

Ross, you can adjust the spring load bonnet pin on the drivers side. Maybe it needs to be turned out a few turns to compensate? Has the bonnet ever be removed at any point?

I don't have any reason to suspect so, never know quite what happened while it was gone tho... obviously the x-member and T-panel have been off for the engine refit though.

Didn't realise you can adjust the spring, will have a look at it. Note, in my project thread you can see the rubber cap is missing from the adjustment screw on the drivers side, this has been replaced to give it a few extra mm. It's only about 3-4mm too low now but seems odd that on max adjustment it still looks off. Doesn't help that my bumper has a slight warp on the drivers side, again barely noticeable normally but exaggerates the bonnet lop-sided look...

          Did mine last weekend
I had to replace the adjusters with longer bolts to get it level
