is there a way to fix the adjusters on RS2 headlights?

i cant adjust the light beam height on my RS2 headlights. which adjusting screw adjust the height?

the one closest to the fender

I've managed to free up the headlight adjusters with a bit of PTFE spray, and using the 10mm bolt directly on the back of the adjuster screw, instead of driving the worm gear with a screwdriver from above.

i use an allen key

Screwdriver, allen key, it doesn't matter. A socket on the back will free it up better IME.
