fiberglass panels

i m writing a "wish list" of fiberglass parts that people may want ( group purchases etc)
the company that make my ur style arches want to get to do other stuff.
they can make from fiberglass or steel/ali
i m thinking things like doors, bonnets wings bumpers etc for track cars although they can make a full fiberglass car if they get enough orders!
Any other ideas for other cars welcomed too!
I m fed up with my day job (isn t everyone?) so thinking of going ful time with car parts etc
Am also looking at getting ur quattro rear lights made up new

they tend to quote materials and time, then a bit on top!
they d need a pair of ur wings as a pattern first if anyone has a set knocking about!

I have now had all the moulds made for the Audi sport quattro. Front wings, short rear rally wings, short rear road wings, a2 long rear wings and rear bumpers. Front bumpers, grills and bonnets are in production.

100%..I'd be in that...light weight bonnet and front wings would be cracking to help the old beast balance her tonnage !!!

i never thought the front wings were that heavy
ones i took off a coupe a while back seemed a lot lighter and thinner than the old gt wings.
i ll be taking some to the bodyshop for a price n a chat
good thinking on the ur wings, i could do with a pair as a pattern though!

If you go for a fibreglass / carbon bonnet make sure you get bonnet pins, I still shudder at the site of the yellow RS4 smashed in when the carbon bonnet lifted
