RS2 Rear reflector leaky

    RS2 Rear reflector leaky

    Has anyone had the reflector between the rear lights leak like a tea bag and if so whats the cure?
    Just trying to make my life easier before I strip the tailgate apart.

    It usually leaks via the lock surround. Use black bathroom sealant & 'Bob maybe your uncle'. Unless its cracked somewhere

      Just changed mine, well all 4, had the same problem.
      Looks nice now also

            Tailgate up...2 screws on the internal handle off...tailgate internal panel off...and its secured by a couple of 6 or 8mm nuts...then just lift it away...hth

              Thanx Al Wyn - will give it a bash this week-end. Mine is cracked and keeps filling up with water, so want to take it off, drain it and repair the crack.

                  How do you repair the crack? Some idiot hit me in a parking lot while I wasnt there..
