Bonnet Cable Grommet Part No. ??

I bought gormmet No. 893 823 591 A from Audi - got the part no. from here , and just spent a couple of hours trying to fit it .... not much finger space, ended up pushing it right through the hole and then ripped it up trying to push it back up from below with a screwdriver.

After all that I realised it was never going to fit as the grommet I bought is made to fit about a 30mm hole whereas best I can measure the hole in my bulkhead is about 17 - 18mm diameter





Its for an ABY coupe.
