Sunroof Motor Works, but very little Movement at all?

I just got the car back from the paint shop, and it seems that the sunroof wont work properly. If I use the Allen Key Emergency winder tool that sits above the cockpit light, then it works fine, but if I press the buttons the sunroof hardly moves, and even if I push it at the same time, its very difficult to move.

I think that the sand (sandblasting) and dust, filler etc etc, must have got bunged up in the runners, but even when I oil and grease the wormy thing at certain points, I still cant get it to work.

Is therte a special Grease Nipple, or is something not right that is obvious to fit?

    Please Help

does it do this with the engine running. Sounds like possible low voltage? Mine's been like this when the engine is off, same with the windows but it's OK when running.

My RS2 was like this when i first bought it, it just needed the seal and the belt oiling and after about 20 open/closes it was fine again. The car had been standing for a long time though.
