Anyone got the factory manual proceedure for adjusting window glass / mechanism?

Been messing with my windows all day today trying to get them to sit straight, not pinch the seal, go up and down properly, let the door close and open smoothly and not leak like a seive and i'm proper fed up with it!

Can't get them just right - pretty sure the glass has been messed with / replaced on mine - had the mechs out and tried to line up the glass, but its a never ending sequence of adjustments that all affect one another and i;ve run out of patience... had to stop before i took a hammer to both windows!

Does anyone have the factory manual proceedure for replacing the glass / adjusting the window mechamism? Can anyone scan any relevant info from a Bentley manual?
