removing rear quater glass seals (S2 Avant)

Looking to remove the rear glass (rear quaters) on an avant shell and was wondering if anyone has done this without either braking the glass or distroying the seals.

the seals im talking about are the ones that go from the bottom of the front screen, over the front and rear doors, over the rear quater glass around behind and underneath the said glass.

ive removed the trim between the rear door and rear quater and drilled out the 4 rivots, but nothing seems to be moving...

The rear quarter glass on the avant is glued in. The glass must be cut out. If you do it carefully you can should be able to reuse the rubber seals on the quarter windows.

I have done this with the long hard plastic trim piece that runs along the top of the door in place. This trim piece does not need to be remove to remove the quarter glass.
