Rs2 Front Bumper -carbon Fibre

I was thinking about this subject and I was curious to discover if anyone has ever produced any?
The shape of the bumper must make the procedure extremely difficult/impossible and I would be gratefull if anyone could prove me wrong and provide any links or images of any that have previously been made.
Also, from what I can see of examples of the ABT C5 bumper - it is formed in such a way that the weave is not visible and if that is the case then RS2 could be created in a similar way - as long as the apperance of the weave is not important...

In carbon fiber i think you would be looking any where around £5.000 there are many types for evo's and subaru's. Also 2nd hand wrc stuff to boot.

So they dont exist? £5000 if they did! ...I need to look at this subject a little closer as I have an RS2 front bumper mould...

i made few years ago, but it was so ugly. too many angles in it. only for race use.

im sure aelred had some carbon ones a looong time ago. Can't remember the price, was under a grand though.

I assumed it would be nigh on impossible due to the intake shape/regions and thats why I propose to make them out of C/F - if the appearance of the weave was not a cricial factor and If these were eventually sprayed to match the original paintwork.

Do you have any photos Aron and could you estimate the cost of the materials involved and approximate the hours taken to produce one?

i sold around 400-500euro. i think now we can do for 600, or more.

Aelreds ones were fiber lite I had one also

The car was sold on and nothing coe out of it. It went a bit too far and is now a pile of tubing more or less.
