  • Perspex windows...Whats the best material and where from?

As the thread title, I'm looking to replace all the windows on my A4 B5 track day car and on my 90 sprint car at the same time.
Whats the best material to use and does anyone have a suggested supplier? I'd rather make my own window as opposed to buying a kit, but are kits available for either car?

    Thanks in advance.

    Paul.

Polycarbonate aka Lexan. Not sure on supplier, TerryBullwon has some on his coupe I think.

          Thanks for the replies.

I'm off to price some Lexan to see if its worth bothering to do it myself or just save time and order it from www.plastics4performance.com.:)

Try to find some coated lexan. Polycarbonate coated such as macrolon. Standard lexan scratches very easily and even heavier if you use screen wipers.
Does P4P make curved windows as well?
