Touching Up the Engine Bay Paint

Whats the best way of touching up the engine bay paint?

There are a few parts that are just rusting a little and while im in there, i may as well sort it!

Going to order some paint from paints4u (they have the right one for me) but im not sure whats best to get, touch up paint, aerosol etc? Will i be needing lacquer? When it comes to painting body work, im a complete novice

yeah I had that idea, ended up spraying the whole engine bay
