Bonnet Removal

Any ideas on how to dis-connect the heated windscreen washers and bonnet lamp, other than pulling the wiring out from within the bonnet. Have bonnet stripped for respray, as hope to take it off, rather than have to cover everything, but am beat with the wiring from the bonnet. It goes down into the fuseboard area and into the dash, but has no connector. Failing all, I can pull them through the bonnet, leaving a cord or something to pull them back in, but just curious to know if anyone has found an easier way.

Bonnet lamp? do all s2's have one or was it an option/aftermarket thing? it would be very useful, any pics of where/how its fitted ? thanks
