Just took a look at mine.
The corroded part looks like a cover thats riveted to the c pillar.
I've been on Etka and it gives a p/n 8A9 809 239 A for left c pillar but that looks like the whole pillar, and not the riveted strip

Hope someone can shed some more light on if this strip has a seperate p/n.

                  A80Q/RS2 B, C and D pillar trims

8A9 809 239 A is the PN structural "C" pillar structural component, not the external trim. The trim is something like these I found:

                  B pillar:

                  C pillar

                  C-pillar

                  D-pillar

                  D pillar

For replacements, I would start with a dealer.

Good news. *IF* I had looked a bit better, I would have highlighted the C pillar trim so you could have seen the PN. Likewise the small D-pillar trim, which can only be found under A80 (not Q) (nothing in A80Q or RS2 - go figure):

                      C-pillar

                      D-pillar
