How do I remove Avant bumper with oem towbar ?

Wanted to know how to remove an S2 rear bumper with a factory towbar ?

I've removed the screws in each rear wheel arch, and also the two bolts in the boot on either side.

The bumper and the towbar still feel very rock solid, as if there are further fixings to be undone ?

If anyone has BTDT ? or has any photos, they would be appreciated.

How does the towbar attach, is it to the bumper supports?
Would a tightened towbar distort the bumper sliders, and if loosening them itself allow the sliders to relax?

The Euro hitch/tow bar has long side "wings" that take the place of the bumper mounts (items 6 in the second diagram), as shown here for a C4:

it has 3 bolts on either side, and not 2. One bolt is under the side panel in the trunk.
