    Rear spoiler coupe

Now that the rain is well and truly back here in the uk, thought id have a moan about the only major design flaw on the coupe as i see it.
When it rains the water collects on the spoiler and this isn't a problem until you want to put something in the boot. At this point all the water rushes into the boot opening and soaks the boot! Am i the only one this annoys the f*** out of The problem is worse on a windy day or if car isn't level.
Am i being too picky as the car is awesome apart from that Is there a solution? Or should i be in a slipper mobile as coupe owners shouldn't use the boot anyway

No you're not the only one
And thank you - you've reminded me it's time to dig out the plastic sheet to unfold inside the boot again
    Ck.

Had this happen to me yesterday whilst helping a friend move house... so bloody annoying, made worse by the fact its partly dished so collects a lot of water for it to all run in to the car... boot and on mine on to the back seats a bit too... luckily no one has been sitting there when i've opened the boot yet... one day tho...

Now that gives me an idea :mischeif:
        1. Rainy day.
        2. Let passengers into back of car (just being courteous - letting them out of the rain first).
        3. Open boot to put shopping in.
        4. Ooops... soooooo sorry
        Ck.

Argos (with whom I have no connection) do this. I have one of these (waterproof underside up while in the boot), because it also comes in handy for picnics, or as a ground sheet when crawling under the car...

I would suggest keeping the spoiler well polished and waxed, a quick sweep of the hand and the bulk of the water can be brushed away.

B+G do a travel rug with a waterproof underside for £5.99, bit cheaper than the argos one.

if you lift the boot half way up, let the water drain then lift it all the way up the water misses the boot, thus resulting in no water soaking the **** end interior

                  regards

I do this too Will, it works well provided there aren't any strong winds blowing on the water as it is being drained.
