I had some custom made by plastic 4 preference. I gave my front windows and assemblies.

    They now sell them.

The rear hatch and rear quaters you can make your self just fine.

You need to remove the mechanism thats where the weight is in the front

If you cut it to the same shape as the OEM glass and then rivit it in, it will start to curve again.

How are you planing on holding your windows in if the doors are gutted?

Apologies for the zombie thread resurrection here, but this pic both inspired me and raised the question of how do you seal lean windows on the front doors to keep things watertight ???

I have a notion to do some extensive weight removal on my project - probably cheaper than a monster engine build - there are are sources of lightweight doors and such from our Baltic friends, but its the frameless nature of the S2 door which I always thought ruled out lexan windows.
