You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Some time ago I found a site (unfortunenlty dint bookmarked it) where someone made a mod on teh front wipers so they where a bit lower then usual, making them a bit hidden under engine bay door.
anyone here ever hear about that kind of mod on the audi 80? s2 or rs2?

Yes - you buy Aero wipers and they mount lower so you don't see them - I have them onm my car
Doug, do you have part #s? Where can I source these aero wipers? I already know that they are expensive as they are standard on Mercedes Benz Also, I would need wipers for a left hand drive configuration.
I don't have part no.s to hand - and they would be differnet for left hand drive. I got mine as a kit of parts from www.vagparts.com - I am sure they can help you out for left hand drive cars. I am sure some of our friends from mainland europe have done this - so they should have part no.s.

hi i,ve got these on my s2 ,there good they where £44 for the whole kit inc p&p there a little shorter than normal but they don,t lift at speeds over 100mph .the new A3 uses these wipers 7there a bit longer blades .got mine from VAGparts
S2,s ARE COOL,MATT GREEN GOLFS ON THROTTLE BODIES ARE HOT.
