C4 UrS people: How to reinstall a rear bumper?

Do you get the clips on the bumper on the top of the Item 13 "guide" and then press down and in or do you get the clips on the bumper in the bottom of the Item 13 "guide" and then lift up and push in?

To my recollection they slide in like the fronts. If you press them in you end up snapping the brackets on the inside of the bumper over time.
