Had mine replaced by the RAC for £50 excess. Much easier to change than that of the Coupe as there are no strips to un-rivet. Just watch over them when they do the job and don't be afraid to stop them if you think they are doing a bodge or trying to cut corners. Ask to inspect the windscreen before fitting as some window fitters use seconds glass to maximise profits: check for defects and marks especially on the black edging as this will be plain to see when fitted. The RAC screen was RAC branded and was top quality. Also, inspect the job thoroughly before signing on the dotted line. I took digi photos of the metalwork around the screen before they started in case any damage was caused. Fair play though, RAC did a fine job overall.

Just a thought, if you are having the car resprayed, why dont you have the screen removed, get the paint done then put in the new one. This will mean a much nicer job of the respray. No hard masking lines etc.
