A pillar trim,water leaks

i have problem with water leaks,u can see from where water goes in and from where out....Do you have experience with this problem?

Check out Newsh's thread, he removed the trim an re sealed, solved that leak for him.

yeah this is on my to do list aswell, I asked how much for a new seal at audi and was told 250 pounds I need some new black triangles for the doors too
