how to remove lower rubber trims

if you could please help me get these off in a condition to be able to re fit i would be for ever gratefull

they pull off , well slide , towards the front of the car

On a coupe, the door trims slide off backwards, just open the door and firmly pull/slide. The rear sections slide forwards 2-3" and should then fall off. The wing piece is bolts on I think.

on a coupe front door there is a little part on the front of the trim that pops out (if its still there)
