S2 avant rear bumper ?

There seems to be a huge demand for S2 avant rear bumpers and a lack of original secondhand ones..

Were they and are they still available spurious?

Over here standard front and rear saloon bumpers can be got very reasonable as spurious parts (Somora) ie. 50euro for a front bumper primed ready for paint, 5 euro each for the grilles new ect.

Did they ever make S2 panels spurious?

the s2 avant came in limited numbers in the uk so quite sort after, especially with people doing replica's now from tdi's.

If you get one for under £200 your doing well as long as its in good condition.

Also worth mentioning the brackets that are behind the bumper on the wing just behind the rear wheels are specific to this bumper and are required as well.

If they're really worth 200GBP then that explains the amount of interest I got when I sold a damaged one for 50! I had a queue of 4 or 5 people who wanted it if the first didn't take it. I bought one which was completely undamaged for 30GBP back in 2006 and sold it on for 70 when I decided I no longer needed it.

Im having a hard enough time getting one that people will posted to Ireland, and there are a good few wanted threads up after mine too,
May take a good look around on ebay.de, or any other sites could someone recommend?

I don't see what people have against posting to ireland, I've sent bumpers abroad loads before.

Many people want me to arrange my own courier, I honestly wouldn't know where to start. Id rather just paypal the money into the sellers account and let them ship, got a bulky enough spoiler delivered from Bulgaria with zero hassle that way amongst other bits lately.
