S2 bumper issue?

I have included 3 pics here, One of the wing on my 80 saloon, One of my S2 bumper and One of my standard 80 bumper.
Should there be bumper mounts on the side of the S2 bumper? It doesn't look like it was removed but surely there should be a supporting bracket here?
Any fitting tips gratefully received

But no, there shouldn't be mounts, I found mine didn't quite sit right on my 80 so a little creative zip tieing sorted it out

Great , at least I know for sure now, taught someone had removed the bracket and filled over
