Remove the undertray in case it's fitted and then grab and pull the cable that runs underneath the front plate (part behind the grill) then you should be able to pop it open.

by using the search function of the forum

easiest is to get the car up on a ramp, remove botom engine bay cover and then try to find the wire to open the bonnet

        Thanks for idea.
        Are you sure?
I think that it will not work in this way as I assume that locker on cable is released some way because opening handler was way to easy moving.
Is there any space for hand to reach it from below?

I would appreciate you help with search results.

You can do it with a flat bladed screwdriver from below by releasing each side individually. The cable can be gone and this still work.

Here is the info I consolidated for the C4 UrS4/S6. I am confident that it can be adapted to the S2 (B3 or B4):

You can open the bonnet from the outside without getting under the car or removing the undertray. Two thin flat blade screwdrivers or rods are required. PM me if you need details as it's probably not wise to post 'how to get into my engine bay' replies on the forum just in case the forty thieves are reading our threads!

                Thanks, guys! DONE!

Well I found and read also this topic http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...ghlight=bonnet See last post. And that helped me very much too.

Screwdriver and flashlight is needed to see where exactly you have to push.

Afterwards I put back in place "guide sleeve" (see part 30 below). That was the reason why wire slipped off. I forgot to install it back previously or did not pay appropriate attention.

Visualization how to position screwdriver when bonnet/hood is open.

Actually I think somebody could make this or any other related thread as sticky one.
