S6 saloon and S6 estate doors differences

Can someone please tell me if S6 saloon doors are the same as S6 estate doors?

I know they are the same on B4 80 saloon and estates (the top frames are different) but not sure about the C4 models

Same.

C4 100/S4 sedan/saloon doors fit on C4 100/S4 avant/estates.

C4 A6/A6 sedan/saloon doors fit on C4 A6/S6 avant/estates.

You could even cross between the C4 100/S4 and the C4 A6/S6 if you are aware of the differences in the insets for the mid-door trims (100/S4 = narrow, A6/S6 = wide)

Yes doors are same

Window cartridges are not(on the rear definitely, not sure about fronts)

I've added addition comments above. I was on the phone typing one handed the first time.

As Spink points out, the rear window cassettes (which can be separated from the doors themselves) are different between the sedan/saloons and avants/estates. The front door window cassettes are the same between the sedan/saloons and avants/estates.

Front door, Item 1, no call out for avants = same as sedans
