    Hi

Have a problem with my sunroof, tried but hard to find any broken parts.

Works as it should, but as you can see from the picture, its lower on one side/not flush with the roof.

Hoping this can be sorted without having to disassemble the entire roof inside.

You will have to remove the interior trim to see whats happening on that side.
I dont know how its removed on the s6 but it might be similar to S2

    From:
    http://www.tvr-cerbera.net/Public/Au...ing/Index.html

Step 25 - Sunroof trim removal ! : Slide the sun roof back so that you can just see the front edge. Now sit on the gear stick/hand brake looking backwards at the sun roof opening. There are 2 clips (one left, one right) that need to be held open with a flat bladed screwdriver while you push the trim panel back slightly.

The panel is slotted in the rear, so once you get the pins undone you can slide the trim forward and out.

Close the sunroof again and now you can see the mechanism that pushes up the panel when closed.

You will have to determine if its broken or missing.

One possibility is that its not being pulled forward in sync with the other side.
If thats the case you will have to remove the sunroof motor and while keeping the good side stationary push the bad side forward until the sunroof is at the correct level.
