Quick answer: NO

Longer answer: There are subtle differences in the curvature, etc between the sedan and the avant rear corners. People have used sedan rear corners on avants and vice versa and from 10 ft (3m) you wouldn't see any difference.

They are different. I made the mistake of buying euro avant corner taillights for my sedan.
End result need to buy sedan version.

I also recently found out the B4 saloon and Avant rear outer tail light clusters are different also. The Avant is longer down the side.
