Does anyone know the Audi factory paint code for Emerald Green
Metallic that came stock on some urs6 models. I tried searching the
internet but get conflicting answers. I'm trying to buy some factory
quality paint but need the paint code to match.
Just clarifying it's LZ6U and sales term is M6M6.
Online there were people saying above and others
were stating a few other pain codes. I just want to
be %100 sure.
If the build sticker is the same as the vin placard on the frame I'll have to check that.

I am confused as to what the problem is now. I have shown you with documented proof that the code for emerald green is "LZ6U" and that the sales code for that was "M6". That is it. Nothing more. Done.
The tag on the door jamb of a C4 Audi that was destined for the US or Canada is a Department of Transport sticker and will say country of origin, some vehicle weights, the month of manufacture and the 17 letter/digit VIN plus a bar code. That is it. No colour info.
The square VIN tags for a C4 with the paint code, as I posted earlier in this thread, will be in the vehicle warranty book and in the trunk somewhere as shown below:
It doesn't. However, if you have access to the Audi data base or know someone who does, entering the VIN will tell you everything about what was installed on the car before it left the factory. I had a friendly dealer produce a 4.5 page (double spaced) document for my 94 V8 S4 avant that told me way more than just the 30 codes on the build tag did. All he needed was the VIN and access to the Audi data base.
Otherwise the square build tag in the warranty book or in the boot/trunk area of the vehicle will tell you quite a lot, including colour, etc.
