Advise on stripping exterior parts read for a respray

Finally gotten round to booking my coupe in for re spray at the end of August.
Its down to me to take of the relevant trim beforehand.
I am having a new windscreen fitted. old one coming out, then new one fitted after the re spray.
Have a new wing to go on, so any advise there would be helpful.
I also have an original rs2 front bumper going on which needs new grills, and washer jets. What's the most cost effective option to replace these.
I have to take the door trims of, is this straight forward or not.
Mirrors, and sun roof off. Door locks, bonnet, front slam panel, and headlight trims.
Also need to know how to remove the rubber trim around rear opening windows.
The other problem is the difference in the paint line between the s2, and the rs2.
front bumper. Do you colour code the bottom of the car to match the bumper, or is there another way round this.
All these things will have to go back on so what potential problems am I looking for
I feel abit out of my depth with some of this, so any advice will be much appreciated.

Door trims shouldnt be too bad to remove, the rubber ones slide off. And the ones midway up the door are held on inside the door. The wings I need to tackle on mine and I was looking at unbolting the wing and taking the opportunity to treat inside the arch too
