    Bumper repair staple gun's????

I have a couple of S2 front bumpers that need work and both the bumpers on my RS2 have localised hair line cracks and need painting so I've been looking at purchasing a gun/iron for installing heated repair staples.

They appear to do a very good job, has anyone on here used one and have recommendations as to what make to go for?

    This Bergen kit looks okay...

Given that RS2 bumpers are crazy money with S2 one's hardly being cheap I reckon it could well be worth the investment. If I remove them and do most the prep I can get bumpers painted really well locally for minimal outlay.

I did'nt use it personally but I did see my body shop man using it and...
I reckon it's a very simple and practicle method.
It saved my rear RS2 bumper.
    To me it's fantastic!

      Try Frost
I've a fancy soldering iron version from them.
I use stainless mesh for repairs rather than staples though

Not a staple per se but a thermo-stitching technique.

Thanks Dave, yeah I've seen that video and was impressed, it was one of a few regarding the subject I've watched on Youtube.

I agree that thermo-stiching would describe the process better.

Bluequattro...will check out what Frosts have to offer,.
