    Wagner Intercooler/S2 front bumper fitment

    Hello Lads

Having bit of a time fitting S2 front bumper to B4 front wings due to Wagner IC fitment fubar.
Have any of you experienced this when changing to Wagner IC behind your front bumper and, other than converting to RS2 bumper, what did you do to resolve it?

    Cheers

You have to cut the inside of the bumper to make it fit, same when you use RS2 intercooler.

I'll get up underneath her to see where and what needs to be trimmed.

      Thank you, sir.

i presume you mean the big cooler and short runner.

there should be no cutting of s2 bumber for wagner s2 cooler. it just fits.

my b3 saloon uses the wagner x member and ic on the original 80- bumper that DOES need cutting a lot to make it fit.

id push the IC into the bumper as best you can. then make some brakets to amke it really secure. i make mine from the holes just under the xmember mount. it wont clear the crank pulley by much either way.
front panel needs cutting down if its b3.
